JAMES ROY

James Roy (Trundle, New South Wales, Australië, 1968) is een populaire Australische schrijver van jeugdboeken. Hij schrijft voor heel jonge kinderen en voor young adults en hij houdt over de hele wereld lezingen over zijn boeken en over het schrijven van boeken.
Met zijn boeken voor jongeren won hij tot nu toe veel prijzen (en niet alleen in Australië).
James Roy woont met zijn vrouw en kinderen in de Blue Mountains in Australië (in de buurt van de stad Sydney) waar hij nog meer boeken schrijft, kookt en in verschillende bands speelt.
