JUDITH O’NEILL

De Australisch-Schotse schrijfster Judith O’Neill (1930-2006) groeide op in het plaatsje Mildura aan de Murray River. Ze studeerde Engels aan de universiteit van Melbourne. Lang geleden emigreerden haar voorouders van het Schotse eiland Skye naar Australië.
Ms O’Neill werkte een tijd als docent, zowel in Australië als in Groot-Brittannië. Uiteindelijk ging ze in Edinburgh in Schotland wonen.
